PET / Mylar overlay materials
From graphic overlays to internal display areas
For appliance graphic overlays, internal control-panel inserts and display-window layouts. Clear, textured and hazy finishes depend on the selected film grade, printing and outer fascia. Mylar is a polyester-film brand; please specify it when a branded material is required.

ZE SHUN overall processing thickness
0.125 — 5 mmMinimum 0.125 mm; maximum 5 mm. This is the overall capability range. Available thickness depends on the material, finish and process.
Surface and light-transmission options
Illustrations explain selection options, not physical samples. Available finishes, optical grades and thicknesses must be confirmed by material grade.
Textured matte
Fine surface texture for a matte appearance and tactile finish. Confirm texture against a sample.
Frosted / hazy
A softer translucent or frosted appearance. Balance haze against display clarity.
Light diffusing
For backlights, lighting and display areas requiring more uniform illumination. Evaluate with the light source, spacing and material grade.

Sheet size is length × width. Inch dimensions are converted; ≈ means approximate. PET and PVC gauges use the supplier’s nominal metric values. PMMA 1.5 mm is an XT example; GS examples start at 2 mm. “—” denotes a sheet-based reference.
